Coconut Mango Mochi Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Base:
150g Frozen Mango
75g Frozen Banana
75ml Cashew Milk (or any alternative milk)
10g Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)

Toppings:
1 Little Moons Creamy Coconut Mochi
Frozen Raspberries
Sprinkling of Granola
Chia Seeds

Directions:

  • Add all your base ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on a low speed until creamy
  • Don't put the speed up too high as the fruit will melt and you wont achieve the thick texture you're after
  • Serve in your Cocobol Coconut Bowl
