How long will my order take to arrive?
Your bowl will be with you in 3-5 working days. We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries in the UK.
Are you able to offer tracked shipping?
Yes we are able to offer tracked shipping, simply select this option at checkout and you will be sent a link upon dispatch.
What happens if my bowl arrives damaged or broken?
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your bowl arrives to you in perfect condition, there are rare occasions when the bowl could be damaged in transit. We are able to offer a replacement if you get in touch within 14 days of your order. If you wait longer than this unfortunately we won't be able to replace your product.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All of our bowls are delivered wrapped in tissue paper and in bespoke luxury boxes. We are able to produce a gift receipt upon request if you fill in our contact form prior to purchase.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
No sorry we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been placed.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we cannot offer refunds unless the products were faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Do you do international delivery?
Yes we are able to deliver to Europe, Australia and the United States at a flat rate of £8.50. We also offer tracked international shipping at a flat rate of £12.50.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We take Visa, American Express, MasterCard, PayPal and ApplePay.
